1. Our Commitment
At LilChester, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Each outfit is made with love — from custom ethnic designs to trendy western wear for kids.
If you receive something that’s damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, we’ll do our best to make it right.
2. Eligibilityfor Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:

You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.

You contact us within 2 days (48 hours) after receiving your parcel.

The item is unused, unwashed, and still has its tags and original packaging.
To start a return, please message us on WhatsApp (0314-4707047) or email customercare@lilchester.com with:

Your order number, and

Clear photos showing the problem.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

Custom-made or personalized outfits (including parent–child matching sets).

Embroidered or made-to-order designs.
-
Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
-
Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
4. Return Procedure
If your return request is approved, please follow these simple steps:

Receive Approval: Our team will confirm your request and share the return address.

Pack the Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging with all tags.

Courier the Parcel:

Send the parcel to the address provided by our team.

Customer must pay courier/return shipping charges.

Inspection: Once we receive the parcel, we’ll inspect it within 2–3 working days.

Resolution: After inspection, we will offer one of the following:

Exchange for the correct or similar item (if available).
-
Store credit for future purchases.
-
Refund (only if exchange or credit is not possible).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect products if replacement isn’t available.

Processing time: 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

Refunds are made via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:

Request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Customer will pay both return and re-delivery courier charges.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once your order is in production or dispatched (especially for custom orders), it cannot be cancelled.
